Custom Courier Staff Positions

Customer Service Representative

Custom Courier is looking to hire a full-time customer service representative and billing clerk. 

Warehouse Associate

Custom Courier Co. Ltd. & Sendr Shipping are looking for a warehouse associate.

This will be a full-time position with a primary schedule of 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, occasional overtime will be required.

The work will consist of but not be limited to:

  • Unloading trucks, verifying incoming shipments, and inspecting products for damage.
  • Loading trucks for outgoing distribution.
  • Inventory management, organize and ensure space for freight movement and storage.
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power jacks.
  • Following company safety protocols.
  • Maintaining tidiness of both the warehouse and the yard.

The general requirements will be:

  • Have previous warehouse experience.
  • Have excellent English communication skills.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work both alone and in a team environment.
  • Must be self motivated.
  • Have strong attention to detail.
  • Have basic computer skills.
  • Current forklift certificate.
  • Be capable of lifting 50lbs unaided.
  • Have general knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Able to provide a clean criminal record check.

We offer a competitive wage of $23.00 – $25.00 per hour depending on experience, along with a uniform allowance, benefits plan and matching pension plan.
