A redesigned Custom Courier portal is coming November 16, 2026
On Monday, November 16, we’re launching version 2 of our transportation management system. It’s the biggest update we’ve made to the portal, and it was built around one goal: make things simple to use without disrupting how you work today.
A redesigned experience. Every screen has been rethought to be cleaner and easier to navigate. Booking is now a step-by-step flow, so you can place stops on a map, use cargo presets, and save addresses as you go. Templates make repeat shipments quick to rebook. You can see each shipment’s history, delivery confirmation and itemized pricing in one place, and download labels, bills of lading and quotes yourself. An in-app notification inbox, with optional push alerts on your phone, keeps you up to date.
A stronger foundation. Behind the scenes, we’ve rebuilt how your shipments and account information are organized. You won’t need to think about it, but it makes the system faster and more reliable, and it lets us add improvements more easily.
What this means for you. Your login stays exactly the same, and your bookings, history and accounts come with you. A training guide is coming soon, and we’ll share the link as soon as it’s ready.
